Absentee Property Watch Services will provide full inspection of your home, condo, villa, houseboat or cabin with your authorization.

 

You can have peace of mind because we will provide inspections that are needed for your property in your absence.

 

Inspections are just the beginning of the services provided.

Once it is determined that  service from an outside source is required we will make the necessary arrangements to call contractors or sub-contractors for damage estimates and work, general maintenance, landscaping, and repair.

 

By our working together all services will be tailored to meet your needs.  Once we have an agreed upon mode of operation you will not have to concern yourself with the problems that can arise when property is left vacant, such as, like leaking pipes, damage to windows, appliance failure, HVAC malfunction or the grounds and outdoor amenities.*


Absentee Property Watch Service will provide on-site inspections of :


  • Watercraft moored at private piers

  • Automobiles on premises

  • Golf Carts on premises

  • Any motorized vehicles' i.e., ATV, RVs, etc.

*Important: For extraordinary situations property owners are contacted immediately.


INTERIOR INSPECTION


  • Vandalism check (forced entry, broken windows, etc.)

  • Check all Bathroom connections (shower heads, supply lines, toilet base seal, etc.)

  • Flush toilets

  • Run water in all sinks, tubs, bidets, & showers

  • Run Jacuzzi to clear out jets

  • Check all sink plumbing

  • Check all windows (water or gas pane leak)

  • Check all doors and weather-stripping

  • Check for pest problems

  • Check all appliance operations (refrigerator, dishwashers, etc.)

  • HVAC system

  • Run hot water to be sure water heater is functional

  • Check water heater for leaks (if accessible)


EXTERIOR INSPECTION


  • Walk property

  • Remove debris (papers, trash, etc.)

  • Garden bed maintenance

  • Visually check roof for damage

  • Outdoor hose bibs 

  • Contact name for security alarm services

  • Fences and Gates secured


OTHER SERVICES


  • Meeting contractors for estimates

  • Being on call during damage repair

  • Inspecting repairs at completion of job
