The Michele Allison Realty Approach.....
There are 2 types of real estate clients--
1) Those that have little or no experience
2) Those that have had multiple experiences.
Each is unique and no two have the same goals. Therefore, the approach with each client is different.
Approach 1- Consultation
Michele Allison Realty offers consulting services. This means that a person (client) can hire the firm on a fee basis to discuss all possibilities and run scenarios. This is a one on one service to go over the client's direction.
$75 per hour up to 3 hours - $65 per hour for each additional hour
Approach 2 - Research
Michele Allison Realty offers market research and demographic studies for those clients or groups that have particular needs. This is an excellent opportunity for out of town clients.

Michele Allison Realty offers a review of NC Real Estate Contract & forms for those persons buying or selling on their own without the benefit of representation.
Fee for review is $375.00
