House Watch of Charlotte is simply the best service for those that frequently travel or leave for extended trips and need to have a local company provide oversight service for their home and property.
HW of Charlotte Basic Program includes the following services:
Random property checks 1inside and out
All entries/exits and windows are secure
Obvious pest infestation
Security system working properly
Evidence of water leakage – all plumbing inside and out
Check that all plumbing is working by running water through system
Evidence of mold and mildew
Check HVAC system by running A/C in summer & Furnace in winter
Water heater and main water value remain on unless owner requests them to be turned off
Report to owner immediately by phone and email items that need attention or are questionable
Report to the Police any signs of security breach
Check that all kitchen appliances operational
Change smoke or CO2 detector batteries if necessary
Litter patrol of property2- remove debris
Check to be sure that house-keeping and lawn services are being performed
