The Michele Allison Realty Approach.....

There are 2 types of real estate clients--1) Those that have little or no experience; 2) Those that have had multiple experiences.

Each is unique and no two have the same goals. Therefore, the approach with each client is different.

Approach 1 - Michele Allison Realty offers consulative services. This means that a person (client) can hire the firm on a fee basis to discuss all possibilities and run scenarios. This is a one on one service to go over the client's direction.

$75 per hour up to 3 hours - $55 per hour for each additional hour

Approach 2 - Michele Allison Realty offers research for those clients or groups that have particular needs. These clients or groups may not be local and want information that is particular to the area.

Approach 3 - Michele Allison Realty offers a review of NC Contract documents for those buying or selling on their own without the benefit of a Realtor/Agent.

Fee for review is $375.00
